RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCEDURE
Staff selection- All the incumbents, for a respective post, happen to pass through three rounds of interviews. Short listed candidates face a screening test which tests their aptitude, G.K reasoning, decision making talent, risk analysis, problem fixing ability and farsightedness.
Finally re-short listed candidates are interviewed by Management and the incumbent emerging out successful is selected and kept on probation to undergo strict and extensive training; and subsequently absorbed.
